Protec Srl, a Hi-Force company, has moved to a newly renovated facility and is now operational from its new premises.
Located in Opera, Milano, about 1.5 km from the previous premises, the new facility has undergone renovations to include two levels of office space, a state of the art workshop facility offering service, repair and calibration services, as well as extensive warehouse space, with vast stock holdings of Protec’s principal brands and rental equipment.
The decision to expand the Italian operation was to meet the increased demand of customers in the region for services including tool rental, service and repair, calibration and testing, onsite bolting and jacking services and training. The additional warehouse space will permit an increased stock of supply items, ensuring the fastest possible delivery time.
Commenting on the relocation, Protec’s Regional Director Sergio Rota said, “This relocation to a larger, purpose-built premises allows a greater stock holding of all our reputable brands as well as a superior level of after sales service via our workshop facilities. The team and I are thrilled to be in our new surroundings and look forward to serving the Italian market.”
