We are thrilled to announce that Hi-Force UK's manufacturing facilities have undergone extensive refurbishment resulting in impressive upgrades and expanded capabilities to better serve our customers worldwide.
As part of the upgrades, we have added new state-of-the-art machinery to our existing fleet, including DMG Mori NLX3000 lathes, DMG Mori CMX1100V mills, and a Delta Rotax CNC grinding machine.
To accommodate the new machines, the layout of the facility has been carefully considered to maximise space and efficiencies such as dual running of the machines. We have expanded the assembly area, reorganized the packing area and created additional storage to accommodate raw materials and assembly kits. Our commitment to excellence is further reflected in the addition of a stand-alone paint preparation area, a new changing area, and a sound-proofed marking and engraving room, all housed within our newly refurbished and repainted space.
