Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive - Hi-Force Saudi

Summary of Role

We are urgently looking to hire a Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive with a robust portfolio of new, existing, and potential clients in the designated key areas for the region of Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Your role will be to generate and handle sales enquiries for the products and services offered by the company within designated areas of Jubail and the Western region, with an emphasis on ensuring efficient and appropriate sales operations to enhance the Company's profitability and creating new and potential business development opportunities whilst ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy, brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve / over-achieve revenue targets across designated areas in K.S.A.
  • Increase the sales portfolio and revenue of the company. 
  • Generate and handle sales enquiries for the products and services offered by the company.  
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales technical advice or support.
  • Liaise with the Internal Sales Executive for the preparation of quotations. 
  • Negotiation of pricing and terms & conditions of sales. 
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets on a regular basis. 
  • Provide regular, timely, accurate pro-active reports and achieve targeted KPIs
  • Representing and promoting the Hi-Force brand at designated exhibitions and product shows as required
  • Represent the Hi-Force brand. 
  • Actively promote new products and services to the market. 
  • Assist Marketing with demonstration photos/videos of our products
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis in sales meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.

Skills / Experience required

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 
  • Previous experience in sales of industrial equipment across various industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Construction and Marine Engineering industries
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to make decisions
  • Presentable, self-motivated, results and customer focused and a team-player
  • Must have an aggressive approach to sales
  • With valid K.S.A. driving license
