Hi-Force, the UK’s leading manufacturer of hydraulic tools, is pleased to announce the launch of its mobile app, “Hi-Force,” for both iOS and Android operating systems. The Hi-Force app will provide customers with improved access to products and services information including product technical specification and animations.
By downloading the Hi-Force app, Hi-Force customers can instantly access key product information via their mobile device, without the need to log in or register.
Customers can also contact their nearest regional Hi-Force offices or one of our many authorised Hi-Force distributors around the world via the distributor search feature.
The Hi-Force app has been designed to meet customer demands for a simple, mobile friendly extension of the Hi-Force website.
Commenting on the launch of the app, Hi-Force’s Group Marketing Director Laura Shrubsole commented, “The customer app is an adaptation of the internal app we are using with the organisation and was launched to ensure customers have instant access to key product information. The current version is our initial role out, however we plan to add further key features to the app, to further improve the customer experience.”
