Hi-Force is the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic tools. Catering to a wide variety of industries, the product range comprises of over 2,000 products including hydraulic cylinders, pumps, jacks, toughlift jacking systems, torque tools, bolt tensioners, hydrotest pumps, puller kits, crimpers and cutters, nut splitters, flange spreaders and other industry related products.

Hi-Force also offers a complete range of services including short and long term tool rental, tool repair, maintenance and calibration and a comprehensive range of training services, including ECITB approved mechanical joint integrity certification.

Head office

Hi-Force's 9,000 square meter state of the art facility is located in Daventry, United Kingdom and houses the entire engineering process from design of the tools, to manufacture, component quality control, assembly and testing, packaging and global distribution.

Occupied since 2010, the purpose-built facility also houses an ECITB approved training school with both classroom and practical workspace facilities.

Supporting the export of more than 87% of its products to over 100 countries worldwide, the head office and manufacturing facility is supported by its in-house group finance, technical, sales, training, human resources and administrative departments.

Manufacturing

The Hi-Force manufacturing facility houses more than 20 machines, including 12 DMG Mori CNC machines. The latest addition to the DMG Mori array is a 4-axis machine and an automated manufacturing cell with robotics to produce a variety of components in both steel and aluminium. 4 HAAS CNC machines as well as vertical and horizontal honing machines complete the manufacturing fleet allowing us to manufacture hydraulic cylinders components up to 1000 tonnes capacity and 1500 mm stroke.

The history of Hi-Force originates from a service company, offering clients tool repair and rental services. Today, each regional office worldwide maintains that 'service first' philosophy, offering customers tool rental, onsite service, tool repair, maintenance and calibration, testing and service contracts and product use, service and repair training. Many of our authorised distributor around the world have also adopted this approach and offer the complete Hi-Force offering, of both products and services.

Global support and service

Hi-Force’s network of regional offices extends to seven locations across the globe, each with significant stock holding and after-sales service facilities including service, repair, calibration and testing. Fully supporting the regional office activities are officially appointed and authorised distributors, operating in over 100 countries worldwide. Additional distributor appointments are an ongoing process, to ensure that Hi-Force products and services are available to end users in every country in the world.
