All components of the tensioners are meticulously designed and produced using a fleet of twelve Mori Seiki machines. These components undergo rigorous checks at multiple stages of the manufacturing process to maintain the precision required for load cells operating at pressures of up to 21,750 psi (1500 bar). The measuring equipment, both electronic and manual, is regularly calibrated to ensure accuracy and maintain traceable quality at national standards. Every load cell is issued a unique serial number, which provides traceability to material certification, machining batch numbers, heat treatment processes, and build and testing information.
