HCJ Range

Hi-Force HCJ climbing jacks provide a compact, lightweight solution for heavy load positioning across diverse industrial applications, offering controlled and reliable performance, even in confined spaces.
 
Engineered for fast and safe incremental lifting or lowering of heavy loads and structures, the HCJ Series is ideal for civil infrastructure, heavy engineering, construction, oil and gas, power generation and rail projects. The system incorporates a Hi-Force HDA double-acting hydraulic cylinder, mounted on a robust steel base plate that incrementally “climbs” on stacks of cribbing blocks. These blocks are added in stages to reach the required height, enabling safe and controlled movement of loads over greater distances.
 
Available with lifting capacities from 50 to 200 tonnes, the HCJ jacks are fully compatible with Hi-Force’s powered pump range as well as the SLF and SLV synchronous lift systems.

• Incorporates an inverted HDA double-acting hydraulic cylinder which offers higher work output with improved performance and effciency
• Tilting saddle fitted as standard minimises the risk of side loading
• Compact, robust steel base plate with an anti-rotation device that ensures maximum safety and stability during operation
• Base plate is coated with a high-performance fluoropolymer coating for increased wear and corrosion resistance
• Designed for use with cribbing blocks, allowing for fast and safe incremental lifting, or lowering of heavy loads and structures (See Note)
• Compatible with the Hi-Force powered pumps or with SLF and SLV synchronous lift systems for computer-controlled, synchronised lifting operations
